So at first I really didn't think they had any connection, but now I'm starting to think otherwise. Now I noticed I feel crappy when it's raining and there's not much to do but stay home in bed.

Does the rainy weather affect any of you guys? What can I do to feel better ?

Sorry I know I ask a million and one questions lol. I thank y'all in advance. 💜🤓☺️

Oh I am so happy you ask about this, because I have the same problem. My pain escalates to the extreme just before it rains (my husband says I am a barometer) - the pain in my joints, and my gastro-intestinal problems get a lot worse as well. It becomes almost impossible for me to move around and I usually have to spend the day in bed.

Feel the same as Debbie. When it's overcast I can feel the pressure in my head, above my eyes and my joints feel raw. I ache all over - think that's my fibromyalgia; but my knees, neck, lower back, feet & hands hurt.

Yes, the dampness makes my joints hurt. I can almost tell when it's going to rain by the pain that settles in before.

The weather in general makes me extremely moody?? I suppose is the best terminology idk if that's cause of the lupus or because of the depressive part of my bipolar depression. There are times when I am great and the next I just want to be alone.

Personally, I love the rain. My joints, on the other hand, do not. Rainy weather is when I write my poetry and music. I play my guitar and keyboard and karaoke my heart out. Although my lung capacity for holding those long notes is starting to wane something awful. I play video games with my kids. We play board games, watch movies, build a blanket fort and make s'mores in the microwave.
