Anybody have headaches everyday? And what do y'all do to help with pain I'm currently not on any meds yet and haven't been officially diagnosed because I do not have insurance yet.

I get migraines fairly regularly. I try to catch them at the first sign of coming on. I take migraine formula excedrin ( not sure if it's healthy but it helps), stay hydrated, rest in darkness and use ice packs. I recently hit a massage that relieve a great deal of pressure and tension in the neck / skull region

I get headaches a lot, my NP calls them lupus headaches, but I also have occipital migraines and regular migraines. What's helped me has been 800mgs of Ibuorphoen and a Benadryl, I'm not sure why my NP says to take Benadryl with the Ibuprophen, but either way it works.

headaches like a bat hit you in the head. Topomax was prescribed and still had flare ups.It helped though and a Neurologist will rule out what might be causing them if it is something other than lupus.
