Also regarding the doctors, they just seem to write your symptoms off as in your head. It is so infuriating. And where I live now I have not been able to find a competent rheumatologist.

I have the same. Body parts randomly falling asleep. Pins and needles. Burning pain that can't be dulled down. I rock and kick my feet constantly....if I'm moving them it hurts less but annoys everyone else in the room with my constant moving🤣 I agree with other comments so many random symptoms, doctors write you off as drug seeking or mentally ill. Had a nerve conduction study....doc said does see damage in big nerves but didn't bother testing anything else ....wrote my symptoms off as ptsd. I was unaware ptsd caused Spatial Ataxia, balance problems, and wide spread excruciating pain but what do I know. 🙄

OMG!! I definitely get that feelings with burning sensation sometimes at the same darn time. It' awful pain that I do not wish on anyone not even my worst enemy. My pain never goes away just the level of pain that changes at times. It will be mild where I hard notice it at all to all of sudden out of nowhere the pain intensify to the point it stops me right at my tracks. When it stops me at my tracks that's when whole body is in pain, and I can't move because if I do, I feel like I will pass out or make the pain worse and end up causing more harm than good, so I just pray for relief asap because at that moment I feel completely helpless. I hate Lupus with a passion. It has changed my life upside down. I feel like we as Lupus warriors don't get the respect that we all deserve with dealing with it or even get noticed like other chronic diseases. I think the main reason why Lupus don't get the awareness it should because medical field don't completely understand it and what people don't understand they put on the backburner to deal with it later or not at all and in this cause with Lupus there are some who wish not to deal with it at all. Who agree with me??
