I am a single mom schoolteacher. My job is tiring enough without the crushing fatigue of this condition. Going part-time is out of the question as I can't take such a large pay cut and loss of medical benefits.
i run a home daycare and its hard to balance but i too have to work , i bought a bowflex treadclimber 3 years ago and i do a mile a day and it has totally increased my energy .
I had to stop working at the age of 52 started my S.S and cryed a lot but you get better now 75 I don't care greatful to get up and walk around even with pain and fatigue
try a regularly scheduled massage. It helped me a lot, especially with migraines.
