My Nephrologist is the one who the one who diagnosed me, immediately he said you have LUPUS and I 100% sure before he did any additional testing. He did a renal biopsy which confirmed the diagnosis. He is old school, my first visit he spent 2 hrs with me, he types his own notes, does his own exams. I have his personal cell phone. He works with my Rheumotologist, they talk on the phone while i am in the office to discuss my treatment. I must say I am blessed to have a group of physicians that work together "to make sure i don't get lost in the shuffle" that's what they tell me. oh and this is funny only takes cash or checks for co payment sometimes i dont have cash so i does not take my co pay LOL. That is extremely rare.
