Yep. It was one of the first odd things and continues to trouble me. As well as sores on my scalp and in nose and ears as well. My rheumy says these are all very characteristic manifestations of SLE.

I get them also ALOT ;( with the sores in my mouth I was given oral Nystatin to wash my mouth out with and for my nose I was told to use Neosporin and for my head I used liquid steroids from the Demotogist.

Yes, I get thrush a lot. It always feels like an iron ran across my tongue. You should feel better in a few days but take the whole dosage so it don't come right back. Glad you saw a doctor.

Thanks I will get them. I did see my doctor today and I have thrush which gave me nystatin to swish with and mouth ulcers that prescription is for swishing with magic mouthwash. This all seemed to erupt because I just finished 10 Day course of biaxin. I was very fortunate to visit my grandchildren just before thanksgiving and caught strep throat from them. Lol

Yup I do. I also get small really painful ulcer type sores in my nose that just bring tears to my eyes
