Does anyone have multiple dental cavities, repeated MRSA infections, repeated uti's, and blood in urine ? I have been diagnosed with seronegative RA by one rheumatologist and early lupus by another. I just feel so sick.

I have had Asthma with Moderate Obstructive Lung Disease my whole life around 14 years ago my breathing became harder and I was having pain in left lung. I told my Asthma Specialist and he passed it off as me getting older. Yeah right. I knew something wasn't right, so I had my Internist to make me an appointment with a new physician dealing with the Lungs. He did more test and finally wanted to do a scope of my Lungs. On my Left Lung there was an area of concern, a raw area like someone with a chronic cough but I didn't have a cough. He did a biopsy and it came back as Lupus. I have heard that Lupus will attack something and make it worse. Oh, yes it did. I know this may not help you but sometimes people with Lupus can go years before being diagnosed. I actually feel like my problems with Lupus started after during my first pregnancy and then diagnosed 13 years later. I hemorrhaged during the delivery. Hemorrhaging (we are high risk) is the reason Doctor's will not do surgery on Lupus patients.

Before and right after my diagnosis, I had blood in my urine and uti's. I have had MRSA in my sinuses after surgery and still have occasional bouts of it. I have not had any new cavities but I have had my silver fillings taken out and replaced with a white filling.

Thank you. That is very helpful. I have had so many wierd skin infections and dental problems. That may be an idea to ask for a biopsy next time.

How did you finally get a definite diagnosis?
