Wow! Yes! I often get swollen in that area. It will often go hand in hand with my migraines, a very stiff neck and sometimes ear pain. I started realizing that it was actually swollen and not just “sore” the last few times it’s happened. I never associated it with lupus tho it would make sense if it were actually inflammation
