I take Ambien that works great. I take 10 MG as needed. I like it because I’m not tired when I wake up in the morning. 😊

I have tried Trazodobe but it gave me severe restless leg syndrome. I will ask for the restoril.

Lunesta is similar to melatonin supplements which didn't work for me. My insomnia is the type where its hard to fall asleep. I use Ambien at 1/2 of lowest dose. I just started Lyrica which is for sleep & pain - it has side effect of weight gain though.

I don't care for it. I've had insomnia for 25 yrs. Currently on restoril
