You can have false/ positive blood tests but typically once lupus shows I itself the test will always be positive. The levels can vary from time to time. Connective tissue disorders can hide for years. I had all the symptoms of lupus but for 25 yrs my tests were always normal. They found it when I got a horrible rash. The biopsy said lupus. After that it started showing in my blood also.

It comes back in
remission which is normal. That means all your numbers are down and you're not in much pain & keep the numbers dowm. But I found out if you get stressed out a lot, and you're in a lot of such stressful situations, that can really set your numbers off and you can end up in the hospital like I did. That is why I'm not working anymore my lupus numbers got up to 2700 I'll swole up to 275 lb. I was very sick and I had water around my heart.
Which they had me on a high blood pressure pill. But I don't have high blood pressure just for the water around my heart. It won't happen again because l stop working now and feel much better. Lupus never goes away it just goes into remission because you're doing the right thing. I hope this was able to help you.
God bless you and your family.
