I started noticing that my balance is off when I began walking its like I learning how to walk again but soon as I start I began going slightly sideways and then I get dizzy I believe it could be my iron counts dropping or something more any suggestions.

Could be several different things. Make an appointment with your doctor.

Hi, I get that my Dr told me that was anemic, go see your Dr cause you don't want to fall and hurt yourself.

Could be your inner ear. I have balance problems. It’s iften flare related. I also was dx’d with something called Ménière’s disease which is an autoimmune related inner ear problem. Inflammation targets the inner ear and the swelling and edema causes vertigo like symptoms from being a bit off balance and not gauging distance well to full on motion sickness.

Perhaps your having an inner ear issue

Yes on my 25th wedding anniversary, we went to the Smoky Mountains and I drink a couple of sips of a wine cooler, I was sick with severe G I symptoms and it messed up my trip! I also remember drinking Champane at my wedding reception and threw up all night! Have not had any alcohol to drink since 1992 in our anniversary! I felt sorry for my husband! He's gone now and I wish those days were here again! Been sick for a long time almost 72 now, the years went by too fast!
