I would like to know how the pregnancy goes when you have Lupus, do you still continue taking medication during pregnancy and can the child come out healthy?
Wow! You are a superwoman in my book.
Hi there, yes I was pregnant with lupus the doctor took me off plasmoquine only. He put me on a blood thinner injection Clexane, which burnt Iike hell and had to take it everyday of my pregnancy. Had to have a cesarean section done due to the blood thinners. Other than the injection the pregnancy was a breeze.
I’ve had four healthy children and I was ill throughout the entire pregnancies ! Babies were fine , however they had extreme allergies ! I’m grateful that I had a mother that’s annRN and wonderful Drs. For my children and myself !
Baby aspirin every day is a must. I wasn't told to take during one pregnancy. There was clotting that prevented his growth. He was delivered by emergency C section 5 weeks early at 3 pounds. He gained well once delivered. I took the baby aspirin with his sister. Her weight was much better. I discontinued all other meds while pregnant and did fine.
Hi AmandaNhanhla yes it is different for everyone but bottom line or key ingredient that you confess and speak life to your child everyday. Mine was "thank you Lord for a healthy bouncy baby Boy" I actually think I should've left the bouncy part out😂 But very blessed and grateful for my son. Have been trying for 12 years for the next one, but nothing. So happiness with what we have in this time.
