I tend to lie in the no flu shot camp. I've never gotten the flu shot and I can count on one hand the number of times that I've come down with the flu and I'm 40+ years old. I have serious reservations about a product that gets so widely pushed from the government and medical community. Always try to do your research and come to your own conclusions before taking any treatment or vaccines.

I'm totally against it even though my doctors recommend it. It makes me horribly sick everytime I get it. I do take the pneumonia shot though.

I get one every year. Have not had any issues with it and I believe it helps.
