Right LenaB “”””””it depends on person everyone is different , systems are different some foods for somebody , sun is a biggy for most of us, for sure, can throw you in one. Stress is a biggy for some keep it low if u can. Period!!! It’s the entire immune system ur working with so hard to nail . So keep that journal and when you feel like it’s starting back-step “what you are doing where you went, are u stressed, what did u eat, Meds is another one keep track pretty soon you will know ur triggers “good luck “ hon wish it was one size fits all but a lot of us have lap -over disease like Raynauds, sjogrens which is another animal can flare with that too just that and similar to lupus flare sometimes worse and that involves eyes, dry mouth, low grade fever etc etc so sometimes fighting more than one hv a grt wkemd🌺🌺🦋🦋🦋

I have to stay away for garlic. It makes me congested and my throat feels swollen. But stress is my biggest lupus trigger.

Hi Baby,
I have Ankylosing Spondelosis and Lupus.. Cross over Autoimmune . Sun is a big no no. I cant eat any sugar or starch. I try to eat only fresh foods and as organic as possible. I juice alot.
For me..anything processed sends me into a flare... It's been hard.. I snack every once in awhile and pay the price.
I would suggest figure what food irratate your lupus and design a good healthy eating program. Do you have a good Rheumatologist.? Perhaps check and see what is going on.

Big hugzzz
