It seems that I flare when I'm about to get my period.. idk if its the hormones that triggers it. I just feel way worst

The week before my whole body wreaks havoc! I don’t even get cramps or headaches but my hips and back ache, now my hands are painful too.

100% yes. I feel worse every month a week before my period starts 🙁

Yes absolutely. Hormones and stress are big factors for the severity of my flare ups. I use CBD oil to control the worst symptoms during these flares.

I use to but I remember googling and research saying...oh no the menstrual cycle has nothing to do with this.
I would be in the bed in so much pain the week before my cycle arrived.

It's good to know I'm not crazy...

I thought once I had s hysterectomy my symptoms of soreness, stiffness, the horrible pain, and disequilibrium would mellow out but it hasn't. I've been off and on sick since the procedure in September of 2019.
