Does anyone have any good vegeterian meal recipes? I havebt eliminated meat out of my diet just trying to have a few meatless meals a week.

@MyLupusTeam users... is spot on with her assessments and so is @A MyLupusTeam Member according to cutting edge research from Dr Gundry as well in his Plant Paradox. He also agrees with everything @A MyLupusTeam Member said, particularly about the nightshades, but includes soy in that mix because of the lectins in the skin of the bean. He also includes some beans and tomatoes in the mix as well.

He doesn't say you can't eat them ever, it is all in the preparation, season, and timing in your disease activity. His premise is that people with Lupus, RA and other autoimmune disorders lack the ability to break down the lectins in the skins of these plants, which set up an autoimmune response. His book is very interesting and is worth a read. He also has a cookbook.

Beyond Beef is a great meat substitute! Tacos are easy meat free, we do a rice bowl with beans and veges once a week. Breakfast for dinner on sundays too! There is an abundance of recipes out there and a few lupus cook books on amazon.

Don't stay cooped up and alone if u don't have to. It's good to get out sometimes and be apart of things. U have a light inside that still shines, let others enjoy it on the days u feel up to going out, even if it's just for a little while.🤓
