Let your doctor know you may need a med adjustment. Is prednisone all you take? Also magnesium may help. I also have been know to get up & take an Epson salt bath to help when this happens. 😘

Give time the rituximab will help. Glad to see you are taking Plaquenil. I do 200 mg daily Plaquenil and every other day 400mg Plaquenil to = 300 mg daily. I also do methotrexate injections. And muscle relaxants and Tylenol as needed. I have recently added the magnesium to try to help with this problem.
