I get severe pain in my left leg only, on the back of my thigh in a straight line from cheek to knee. It's extremely painful and locks up my knee, sometimes throbs. Does anyone else experience this and if so do you know why and have any tips to help lessen the pain? I've tried lidocaine cream, a heating pad, gabapentin, lyrica and cymbalta and nothing has even touched it

Does it come on suddenly and leave just as fast? I went for an MRI for the same thing, just lower from the knee down to the ankle. Can't walk one day and totally fine the next! MRI showed no sciatica. Feel better!

I had bad leg pain in both legs. Then switched to just my Right. I seen my Dr and he did a hip adjustment and it helped alot my pelvic was rotated.. So now I sit on a yoga ball to help with bad days with back pain.. Sometimes one or both my legs go dead weight heavy and feel like a ton of bricks to try and lift while sitting... Some of my symptoms are worse from bad back injury. But a yoga ball helps wonders. Since either can't soak in a tub cause I'm allergic to water since diagnosed. I grt a bee stinging feeling and itch all over. If you can try Epsom salts. Or Japanese mint essential oil. Helps alot. Or even Voltaren the purple one.
