Does anybody have very itchy arms? I make sure they are mositurized with unscented products the dermatologist told me to use. I hydrate. Now I put ice packs on which was suggested and it stops itch for a while. Embarrassing because I scratch until I bleed so I'm always getting little blood stains on my sleeves.

I know exactly what you're going through! I used to be itchy everywhere...arms, legs, feet, toes EVERYWHERE!!! And I do still go through spells of itching, but someone a while back told me about Lye Soap and I'm here to say that it works!!! I know you probably think I'm crazy bc I thought the same thing🤣 but I was desperate and had tried everything under the sun and Lye Soap was my answer!!! I don't know where you live but I'm in the south and I have found it at stores like Tractor Supply and Atwoods. I hope it works for you too!!!😊

Have they mentioned Sjogrens Disease? My body itches so bad I have to get I. Shower to have some relief. After I take warm water shower I soak my skin in coconut oil, argon oil. No baby oil for me as my body does not like it. Hope it helps. Also, a lotion “Sarna” has helped. Use natural oils!

I have itchy everything I am not allergic says my allergist for five years. But I a have extremely horrible reactions to most everything. The invisible rash thar no doctor claims to see because all they see is brown skin. Buvht I have chemical sensitivities to detergents, soaps, perfumes, new clothes or furniture, I can not even go into Walmart or stores that have the extremely new smells. Heck I cant even go into thrift stores without coughing sneezing wheezing and burning nose on top of itching tremendously for days sometimes months. CeraVe healing ointment, Aveeno excema creams are my best friends on top of benadryl. or hydroxyzine. I feel anyones pain who has itchy symptoms. I also take epsom salt baths or scrubs to withdraw the toxins in my body. In my opinion we are hightly toxic in many ways. The kidneys have a very difficult time trying to filter them.
