Does anyone have any indicators preceding a “bad day?” I can feel awesome and full of energy one day and the next day feel too tired/ill to do a load of laundry!!

Sometimes your body needs more rest then others.. you need to just lay down rest for 30-60 minutes get up and try again..vitamin b12 can help as well

I get a headache. It’s not a normal headache but a weird in the center of my face behind my nose headache if that makes sense and also behind my eyes. Almost like a head cold feel. I also get very hot at night. Usually I’m cold always but during those times I have to have the temp down and blanket off as if I had a fever. As soon as I feel that I know it’s coming. Like others have mentioned I’ll feel great one day, like myself, with so much energy. Naturally as a former busy body I get to work cleaning, meal prepping, grocery shopping, feeling like a superhero lol. Anything just to feel that normal sense of energy and productiveness. And then I pay for it the next few days after that. It’s a tricky thing bc you feel like there’s a slight window of feeling great but you still need to take it easy.

Feeling more tired, or fever, or my butterfly rash increases or all three.

It’s difficult to say. If I have a productive day, usually fall the next day or if I overdo it I will pay for it for two to three days to recuperate. The rain and damp weather equal joint pain and more fatigue too.
