For last few weeks I’ve had really bad nausea, I had my gallbladder out 5/29/19, was doing better until a few weeks ago, taking zofran 8mg every 4-6 hrs and sometimes that doesn’t help, does this happen to anyone else?

I find if I watch how much acidic foods I eat, it lowers the gassy feeling and the bloating. Example of foods to acidic are , Oranges, tomatoes, pineapples. Pineapples are very high in acid. Try drinking Alkalinity water.

Make sure you dont eat anything with garlic..no alphalfa sprouts..and no nightshade vegetables.
It's hard to avoid garlic it is in so many things..but garlic really sets my system off...then limiting tomatoes and white potatoes really throws a curve into your diet...
Take care...

I am frequently nauseous and it impacts my whole life. I was on Zofran( before that I was taking Compazine). Now I am taking Phenergan and using medical marijuana with occasional relief. But it is slowly getting worse.

I have many periods of nausea most everyday. I take zofra n on occasion. My doctors know about it but really don't address it. I am going to ask for a gi consult.

Dezine, this is often due to acid reflux, although gastritis, gastroparesis, and many other conditions can cause it. Usually, when it's due to gastritis, there's also abdominal pain.

Have you tried an over-the-counter acid blocker, such as famotidine? Or maybe you're already on something like omeprazole for the gastritis? Also, have you seen your doctor about it?
