MSM is a natural source of sulfur that helps with inflammation, joint pain, skin problems, and hair loss. It helps to rebuild cartilage. I take pumpkin seed oil as a supplement since it also has essential fatty acids that help with overall inflammation and heart health, but you can apply it to your hair directly. You can find these on Amazon, iHerb, Piping Rock, or at a local vitamin shop.

I don't take biotin because it always breaks me out. I take pumpkin seed oil supplements and they work great. My hair rarely falls out now. MSM helps with hair growth as well and collagen supplements.

I think msm is for joint protection .. I believe it is natural. Try amazon or a health food store like whole foods
