All of us with our compromised immune systems are at great risk if we get this virus. Amy recommendations or advice to keep us safe? I work from home, thank goodness, but I'm afraid to leave the house to do errands, shop, socialize. Do you think getting the pneumonia vaccine would help prevent severe symptoms? I also have asthma and chronic bronchitis. Thank you!
I always get sick when I travel by plane so I have started driving everywhere and take my time getting there!!!!
Wash your hands frequently and don’t touch your face!!!!!!
The biggest thing is keeping yourself clean with hygiene. Wash your hands, don't touch face, eyes, or mouth after touching a public surface if you haven't yet washed your hands. Sanitize shopping carts, door handles, ect. Masks won't help you - they're meant for sick patients to wear. Keep your phone sanitized. This virus feeds on unclean people.
Sneeze and cough into arm/elbow, ect.
Do not panic
FYI.....I talked with my S.O just this week begging that we limit our exposure.
We will be doing grocery shopping via Walmart pickup service from now now. We use it often but haven’t lately. It’s time to start again
No extra cost on orders over $30. You shop online for your groceries and they give you your choice of times to pick up. They bring everything to the car and put it in your trunk!
It’s a great option for those who have the service. Many stores are offering this now so check to see what’s in your area
Yea I feel you thank goodness my husband and I are antisocial (the only good time to be)I haven't caught I cold in over five years. What makes me nervous is my husband will have to get on a flight(with lay overs😬)to go get his daughter to come the whole summer with us then go back to go home. That's going to be a lot of germs they're going to be bringing back😬 and on top of that my step daughter's mom thinks this virus is a hoax
We all have to be careful. Even regular flu bad for us. Just stay away from crowds if you can. stay home as much as possible if you can.
