I get this, sometime i have to get prednisone. I try to linit certain foods (choc, night shade veggies and garlic) it seems to help

Hey... as of late my feet have been bothering me, they won't flex when I walk, so sometimes I walk like a duck. The pain is worse after I drive. I try to use cruise control as much as possible. I have also had pain on the heel of my foot as well. But with this journey, we experience a lot of unexplained pains and they come out of nowhere. And just as they come, they go.
If the pain does not ease up, maybe you should see a doctor. Feel better 💜.

I have trouble with ankle joints and tops of feet. Xrays showed rheumatoid joint deterioration and the knots were bone spurs, along with tendon issues.
