New to lupus and wondering has anyone else experienced upper back pain so bad that They can’t sleep, seems to be between shoulder blades.

Have had this on and off for a while but especially bad last few days and also have pain in breastbone, top of rib cage and both feel like a dull ache

Yep The Breast Bone on Mine has been in very Middle , And ribs sometimes about midway. Between Shoulder Blades very Bad At Times and upper back near neck. Lupus Is A Crazy thing that sometimes make you hurt in many Places at once . HOPE YOU GET FEELING BATTER SOON.
