I’m very reluctant to use prescription drugs. I have been struggling lately and the doctor wants to try me on Prednisone. Is anyone on this and how does it make you feel? Thank you in advance 😉

I felt the agitation with the medrol dose pack more than the prednisone 5 mg daily. Either that or I'm just irritated all the time now. Haha. I'm glad you were able to get off of it I am taking a vitamin D supplement and consuming a lot of dairy.

I have been on prednisone for 16 years. 7mgs daily. It keeps me going. No weight gain either.

Prednisone made me easily angry and full of energy. I was on it for over a year and I'm glad to be off it. My vitamin D and Calcium levels went down pretty quickly so watch that closely, as brittle bones I can imagine are no joke. 🤨

I am taking prednisone to help my swallowing difficulties/dysphagia and inflammation. I found taking it in the morning is way easier on my body. When I took it at night , prednisone gave me horrible night sweats. (5 mg daily)
