I also added it to my home screen. Works every time.

To make a long story short I recently opened it on my browser and shared it to my home screen. When I clicked on it from my home screen it opened the app. Maybe it would do the same for you.

Rachel I’ve always used MyLupusTeam from a bookmark. Sometimes when I open the MyLupusTeam page it has me sign in again. Sometimes it also prompts me to press something to “add it to your Home Screen”.
When I did that recently I thought I was adding a regular bookmark. When I tapped the “bookmark” on my Home Screen it actually opened the app! So maybe opening it on your browser and saving it to your homescreen would do the same for you?
I don’t like the app even with the improvements so I went back to using my original bookmark (on my homescreen) that opens MyLupusTeam on my browser.

I still use the app. Im using the app right now thats the only way ive ever been able to access it. I just downloaded it from the apple store
