Has anyone ever had this? If so what were your options as im more than sure this is caused by whatever connective tissue disease that i have
@A MyLupusTeam Member i am not on any antibiotics or birth control pills and i am not obese either. i actually weigh 124 lbs and have been losing weight due to my stomach issues which was just discovered that my stomach doesnt empty the way its supposed to and problems with the stomach muscles along with a lot of other issues as well. My doctors have all linked the IH to autoimmune issues
I've seen this in a few patients, and it can result from the tetracycline class of antibiotics. Birth control pills and obesity may be factors for some, and it improves/resolves with weight loss. I'm not aware of a connection with autoimmune disease, but it's possible. Certain meds can help it too, but in the cases I've seen, discontinuing the above meds or losing weight has worked.

Is this high pressure in your head? I assume this is different than migraine?
I have heard of it, but am not knowledgeable enough to give a good answer. Hoping you get good advice.
