Not totally sure but I think you can have Sjogren’s without lupus and RA.
Sjogren’s tho can come with lupus and RA.
I agree very confusing.
Did you get diagnosed with lupus? If so you should be under the eye of a rheumatologist or lupus specialist. Ask them about it if you have one. They should know and be able to explain.
If the specialist or rheumatologist are giving you that answer I would seek another opinion.
Hope that makes sense and not confused you further. We don’t need these feelings.
