Someone please help. What do you use to track your symptoms? What has worked for you? How do you do it?

I used to use a daily calendar to log my symptoms, but I found that focusing on them actually made them worse. When I stopped logging I had a more positive outlook which helped overall. I'm not one to dwell, and found logging to be counterproductive. Whatever works for us as individuals is what we should do!

I do a daily health journal. I put in everything from how I'm feeling, to what I ate and what the weather is doing. It helps to track trends.

Keeping a daily journal and jotting them down may help.

I have only started doing this this year due to change in medication.
I bought a notebook and place it on my coffee table.
Everyday I put day and date and write how I’m feeling that day . In the morning and afternoon.
My memory from fog brain is so bad I have to have a notebook out anyway to put down what I have to do everyday or I don’t remember. So it’s just another book to add.
I just add it in to the routine.
Hope that makes sense and helps.
