I am attempting, unsuccessfully at this point in time, to create a journal of symptoms for personal reference to be able to understand and logically explain specific symptoms and if there is a relation to my diet, exercise, weather etc. The symptoms change frequently and I need to try to figure it so I can explain to the Dr when questions are asked. I start, get overwhelmed and then quit. What works best for you to remember? Any suggestions or ideas are much appreciated. Thanks

I gave up on that. I have too many symptoms. My doctor start looking at me like I was crazy and acting like what I was saying was unbelievable when I did keep a journal.

Hi Linda. I use a free app called "My Lupus Log". You can customize it to fit your needs. It also has an alarm feature that you can use to remind you to make an entry that day. I like this app because it is simple to use, and I can show my care team how my symptoms have been tracking for a specified time.

Thank you for response MelissaWarrior. I checked it out and it is available for android (Others may find this super useful too) which is awesome though I just switched to apple. I did download a program called my symptoms. My phone is now smart, I need to learn how to use it effectively. I am not very good at this point in time of tracking on paper or apps, working on that and trying to find out what's best for me. I appreciate the suggestions to make it easier, so thank you so much :)
