After my 4th Covid shot, I developed a severe rash on my arms and legs. The dermatologist did biopsies and it came back as Lupus. After severe rounds of oral steroids, topical steroids and mycophenalate, the rash started to get better. They also took me off Humira. Due to the timing of my lastCovid booster and start of rash, it was concluded that it was a reaction to Covid Vaccine.
I had q diagnosis of Lupus and RA prior to all of this. The lupus usually only flares if I am in the sun but this occurred in February. It will as decided that the lupus rash was probably related to the vaccine.
I'm a nurse too and I'm so glad I retired before all this Covid stuff. I would have quit .before taking that darn vaccine I think. I whole heartedly don't believe in it.
I'm a nurse so I had to do initial one and that booster. I followed up with 2 more boosters per CDC guidelines and being high risk. Nurses we're the first ones to get initial shot so we were ahead of the general population. I not be getting anymore boosters!
Why so many Covid shots in the first place ????
I am sorry to hear that. I am happy to report that the rash is gone and Ihave not had any issues since.
