I can handle pain. We have meds to handle pain. But I don’t know how to battle the constant fatigue. How do you handle the fatigue (and anemia) so you can function?

I think acknowledging its presence and then giving it what it needs. Rest, naps, early bed times, less hectic schedules, often breaks & praying/knowing it’s temporary and if you take care of yourself it will not be everyday just an unwanted visitor that stops by.
Wishing you days of energy and peace.
Hugs!

It is different for each person. Power naps are key.

Naps and caffeine if I have a busy day out ahead of me.

Good advice. Thank you. I do what I can but boy is this depressing.

Choose one thing to accomplish daily and rest when you can. My mother always told me to do one thing and then pour a cup of tea and sit a while. If you have too many things to accomplish in one day you will constantly be frustrated and disappointed in yourself. Adjust your expectations. 🫖
