Glad to know I am not alone with this. I was gonna mention it to my doctor, but don't want them to think I am crazy. I wonder if their is a medicine they can give me to help with this. It is slowly driving me crazy!

Yes, many people with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) experience a crawling sensation on their scalp, even though there is nothing physically present. This sensation can be extremely bothersome and may feel like something is walking around on the head. It can also be accompanied by other symptoms such as itching, skin rashes, or sensations of tiny bugs biting the skin. This feeling might also extend to other parts of the body and can be linked to conditions like paresthesia or peripheral neuropathy.
