Hi I'm suffering with bloating, gas, fatigue feeling in my stomach, some food and dairy intolerance , I can't eat eggs salad and other root vegetables, no onions tomatoes broccoli, peppers, or cauliflower, no orange or orange juice, no peas and bean. Nothing that is difficult to digestion.. my diet is soup with carrots and potatoes, rice sweet potatoes, plantain, green and ripe banana, apples, pears, fennel and spinach, chicken and fish, tes no problem, For bloating and gas i chew fennel seed and clove, I drink a little apple cider in water, I alway drink turmeric and ginger that i blend together and keep in the refrigerator, make tea and drink first thing in the morning to clear my stomach. These are my home medicine that works for me. Maybe to much information. I shared it. Because it helps me it might help you too. We lupus patients are all having the same problem. Good luck and God bless us all..

Many MyLupusTeam members have reported developing new food allergies or sensitivities after their lupus diagnosis. The connection between food allergies and lupus isn't fully understood yet. Since lupus affects the immune system, it can be difficult to determine whether symptoms are from food sensitivity or lupus itself. If you're experiencing throat tightness or difficulty swallowing, it's important to work with your rheumatologist to identify the cause. They can help determine if your symptoms are related to lupus, allergies, or other conditions like acid reflux. Consider keeping a food diary to track which foods might be triggering your symptoms and when they occur.
