My legs and arms feel like they go to sleep. They hurt so bad when circulation is going. I don't know what I can do

I watch my diet, limit my sugar and fat intake. I also drank lots of water. I eat ginger (organic) and take tumeric with black pepper. That helped my pain as I was up all night without any relief for months and the doctor's did not give me anything. I also used epson salt to soak and that stopped it immediately and I had to do that 1-2x's a night until the ginger and tumeric with black pepper took over. Once I got the relief with diet and ginger and tumeric I was able to sleep. When I slept I felt better. Praying for you. God bless

Lisa: Sometimes the pain is unbearable. I just have to go to bed and use a heating pad. My GP has also given me Tramadol and that takes the edge off. One more drug and not a long term solution. My heart goes out to you. Sallie
