Internal shaking and vibrations are experiences that many people with lupus report, especially during flares or when fatigued. These tremors are involuntary muscle movements that can affect various parts of your body and may feel like rhythmic shaking that others might not even be able to see. Here are several ways to manage tremors:
• Evaluate your medications with your doctor, as some lupus medications like corticosteroids can cause tremors
• Try reducing or eliminating caffeine and alcohol
• Consider wearing a weighted bracelet or heavier watch, which may help reduce trembling
• Track when tremors occur to identify if they're related to lupus flares or fatigue
Most importantly, discuss any new or worsening tremors with your doctor, as they can help determine the cause and adjust your treatment plan accordingly.

I have experienced this. Underneath my skin I felt vibrating and I’ve had pseudo seizures.
Collette talk to your doctor you may be prescribed something for that. I was referred to a Neurologist at UCLA and he gave me klonopin which stopped them. This was years ago so I’m sure there are more meds to help you. Keep me posted I’ll be curious as to how it is treated. Rest and take care of yourself.
