@ EkatarinaPenkowa Buy a bicycle, rollerskates, soccer ball, jump rope, Frisbee - please never, really never ever stop moving. Remember when we were children playing outdoors? DO JUST THAT! Grab your bike, ball, jump rope, Frisbee , perhaps your dog, child, spouse, neighbor......and playfully move outdoors. The weather is NO excuse. Slab on that sunscreen and out you go, I'll be your friendly boot helping you find the door!😅😃Out you go!!!💜If you get hungry, drink healthy self-made beverages, they are cheaper and contain no added junk which irritate our body unnecessarily. Opt for lemons, limes, fresh green mint from your garden, the walk in the woods by the creek/river or your local whole food store. Grab some cucumber, a dash of organic honey or stevia or simply drink coconut water

A plant-based diet, which eliminates meat and dairy and focuses on whole grains, beans/lentils, and veggies/fruits, is generally highly effective in lowering cholesterol, Ekaterina.

I just started seeing a cardiologist because of my blood pressure. I already have a build up of cholesterol my eye doctor found 4 years ago. I have gray rings around my eyes. While my cholesterol readings are good, he wants me to bring it down because an EKG showed that I had a heart attack. Thinking back, I can pinpoint when it happened 4 yrs ago. No statins have been prescribed(yet) so I'm going to try a few natural things & I'll let you know how it goes. I know I'll be eating more oatmeal, fruits, & veggies and incorporating chia and flax seeds in the diet. I hope you find a way that helps, heart damage is scary stuff. Take very good care of yourself my friend💜

Don't panic Ekaterina, there are some things you can do! If you believe in God please pray. Then start taking a high dose vitamin D supplement paired with Vitamin K. Eat plant based please, trash butter, balony, cheese, all convenient products, avoid fast food at all costs! I have high levels of lipoprotein-a and had high levels of cholesterol in the past, some numbers were 300+. I have never been obese or overweight. I had TIAs, strokes and heart issues. If you crave meat, opt for healthy grass-fed organically farmed raised animals and plants. Always choose wisely, give your body what it needs
