I use senna liquid(chocolate flavor) since my gastro doc after my surgery said it's easier on my organs and stomach tsp in the morning and tsp at bedtime my surgery was 10 mos. Ago and it's been working very well and I'm regular now. I could not tolerate the regular senna oh my it was so gross I'd vomit immediately. Be careful with the magnesium it can cause intestinal issues, I been down that road: ( good luck to you my dear God bless and I hope you find something that's not harsh and works 👍🏽💜

Take it with Ginger. Tumeric is wonderful but, unless you want to be constipated you have to take it with Ginger. Ginger is really good for nerve pain. I buy organic ginger. Boil it up for 30 minutes. I cut it up like small enough to swallow. Then I eat it (swallow it). Don't eat too much as it will cut your appeitite. I do this because it will stain your teeth. Try magnesium glyphonate 250 MG at bedtime. It should also help getting to sleep. I would probably stop the magnesium oxide first. I also take one citrucel caplets and one stool softener caplets daily.

I have to take fiber and magnesium to stay regular.

I have seen ginger chews advertised. It is for nausea. Not sure if it would work for constipation. Might be worth checking it out.
