My friend tried this and said it cured her Lymes disease and that it was the only thing to help her cousin with his Lymes disease as well. I'm skeptical but she is a reliable source 🤔

I have her book and it wasn’t any help, could have saved money. I did really like series of books by Lee Hull but his focus is on chronic kidney disease. These books have a lot of good info in them.

I have both of the books. I did try to do some of the recipes for the smoothies but my stomach could not handle it. And I definitely did not have the money for Dr. Goldners help. But I would suggest anyone with Lupus to give it a try.

A plant-based diet is definitely beneficial and has helped me, Nicole. It wouldn't hurt to check out her book, though I'm not interested in a smoothie diet, which others on the site have noted was not workable long-term.

It helps us tremendously to eliminate all processed foods and reduce sugar and salt intake as much as possible, too. Dairy contains casein, which is inflammatory, and studies have found that eliminating dairy products reduces our symptoms.
