Hi! I didn't try the armband, but I did pay for the app and used the HRV tool that they offered almost on a daily basis - and didn't find it all that helpful. I'm part of some other chronic illness forums and I've heard similar stories from people with lupus specifically, so I decided not to try to the arm band.

Have you tried the Visible armband for pacing with lupus?

Based on available information, there aren't specific mentions from MyLupusTeam members about using the Visible armband for lupus pace management. However, learning to pace yourself and recognize your limits is something many members have found helpful.

A MyLupusTeam member shared their approach: "Learning my limits physically has been a huge push on maintaining my symptoms to a minimum. I don't quit once it gets hard, I just listen a lot more closely as to what my body is saying and respecting that my limits may differ in range from day to day."

Some members have found success with weighted bracelets or heavier watches for managing tremors, as the extra weight provides sensory feedback. This might be worth exploring if you're looking for wearable tools to help manage symptoms.

If you're considering the Visible armband or similar pacing tools, it could be helpful to discuss with your rheumatologist how it might fit into your overall management plan. They can help you determine if it's a good option for tracking your activity levels and preventing overexertion.
