Im always light headed & dizzy since srarting B/P med last thursday im told to monitor my B/P my Dr. will see me on the 18th

Does anyone have any advise on what to try to help this between now & the 18th been advised here to not stop the B/P med. i cant handle feeling this way & when i cant see its making things worse. . The 18th cant come fast enough , im afraid to move for fear of falling
Has any ever delt with this? If so what helped?

Do not get up from a sitting position. You must arise slowly. If in bed always sit at side of bed and dangle your feet.

I agree with @A MyLupusTeam Member that your doctor should adjust your med dose, as I mentioned before, Teresa, and I'm sorry they haven't done so! But try not to worry too much, as 90 is acceptable, though low normal. If you get lower than that, you should be seen right away.

In the meantime, increasing your salt and water intake will help, since your doctors are not responding to your needs.

I hate feeling so dependent not being able to
Move my arms much i really need to get use out of my arms again

@A MyLupusTeam Member I am sorry you are going through this. This is very concerning that your doctor and the nurse are taking this situation casually. Those symptoms need to be resolved. I have had my blood pressure medications adjusted several times over the years and I am surprised your doctor/nurse has not done that for you. Please keep us posted on how you are doing 💜

Teresa, please increase your salt and water intake, as that will bring up your pressure and help you feel more comfortable until you can see your doctor. Take care of yourself, friend!💜
