I was in lot eye pain i slept rest of the day & night yesterday. today , its my left eye that really hurts, i have head pain right behind my left eye. My sight even worse today, wverytjing is real blurry i csnt make out who sny one is , today . I agree call your Dr my eyes go blurry but that's it I would call my Dr today that doesn't sound good

What's being described — severe pain, headache behind the eye, and significantly worsened vision the day after an injection — is not typical and needs urgent medical attention today. Do not apply heat or ice without being told to by a doctor first. This is especially important because lupus can affect how quickly infections or complications develop in the eyes, and some conditions can lead to permanent vision loss if not treated quickly.

Please seek emergency eye care immediately. Vision in that eye should not wait.

@A MyLupusTeam Member thanks for the hug & all the info on eye, drops. My eyes are feeling much better now that i started using the preservative free refresh eye drops , so thanks again for all your help.
Im trying to force fluids today because im feeling worse than yesterday everyone here says it sounds like its in my lungs & i sure hope not.
