I definitely take vitamin D3 w/k in a combination pill along with bioavailable B vitamins because I have a genetic snp which prevents me from converting some b vitamins to a form my body can use (MTHFR snp). So, I take methyl forms of B 12 and folate, and I take NAC to help my body detox since MTHFR inhibits getting toxins out of the body. Many people have different forms of this genetic snp, so consider taking a methyl B vitamin formula.

My heart goes out to you Angel. Feeling tired and out of breath constantly is debilitating physically and more so mentally. Lupus can cause absorption issues when it comes to nutrients and vitamins and minerals. As most of us avoid the sun we are often vitamin D deficient. Vitamin D plays a big role in our mood. I took high doses of vitamin D for years and yet my blood work showed almost no change in my very low vitamin D levels. I’ve recently started taking K2+A+D3 (that’s one liquid you can get it on Amazon) with some form of fat ie a piece of peanut butter toast on the advice of a homeopath. I take two droppers each day. I’ve been on this for two months and I think there has been a lifting in my mood and energy. I’m also taking an 8-in-1 B complex liquid vitamin. I go for blood work in two more months to see about my absorption levels but anecdotally, I feel better. I’m not running a marathon any time soon but for me a bit more energy each day, a bit brighter mood is something to be grateful for. I hope this helps. Take care of yourself. 😊

I feel tired regularly from all my autoimmune issues. I get winded more easily and deal with pain which definitely can be tiring.
