We came home from holiday on Thursday night. Friday. My partner had a quick bath as he was due to work in the night and we been out to do the garden.

He calls me up for some help and as I sat down on thr floor. He looked at my legs and asks if I have water retention as my legs are looking rather puffy. Is this an early sign of the start of water retention should I get onto the Dr's Monday xxx

Please let your rheumatologist know about this. Meanwhile, keep your feet elevated to relieve the swelling. Compression socks also help.

Excuse my lack of pedicure 😆 but swelling I propped them up last night and documented so I can share with both my Rheumatologist and nephrologist. Make sure you keep a list of all your symptoms even slight things. Keep searching for Rheumatologist! Recently I've had 3 (in one year) and this 3rd one is better and sees that I advocate and he's willing to help me.
