@A MyLupusTeam Member I use Orajel antiseptic rinse and it specifically says for mouth sores. It costs about $ 6 at Wal-Mart. Works fast on the pain and actually heals the sores a little each day.

4 life toothpaste helps me tremendously. My mouth sores are gone in days. It has natural antibiotics. I wouldn't trade it for anything else.

I use Kank it.........it puts a layer over the sore and makes it better for a lil,while. Also my doctor prescribes me magic mouthwash and I think that's what helps clear them up.

Ask your Rheumie for "Costanzi Solution". It's awesome! It's often used for chemo patients with sores.
Unfortunately, it is a "compounded" Rx, so you have to give the pharmacy a day or so to mix the liquid up.
It contains several meds to clear up the ulcers. Not all of them are listed on my bottle, but a few are lidocaine, Benadryl, neomycin, nystatin, etc.

I was introduced to this "nectar of the Gods" 😊 when I had so many aphthous ulcers in my mouth that they were running down my throat!
It must be kept in the refrigerator.

@A MyLupusTeam Member....I can relate. My Rhumy did not want to say I have Lupus because sometimes my ANA tests would be negative. Took her 2 years to finally say it is Lupus.
