I have migraines almost daily from either being at work or simply having fluorescent (CFL) bulbs. I am dizzy and get visual patterns and lose the ability to think!! Anyone else experience this??

I knew it! I think the fluorescent lights have been a problem for many years, but I'm only now realizing what may be the cause. I changed many of my bulbs to LED at home, and hope to get my work light taken care of in some way soon. Thank you all so much for sharing your experiences..it may have truly changed my life! <3

Yes. I can not spend more than 30-45 min in places like Walmart or the supermarket where there are strong lighting. I get dizzy, nauseous and tingly.

Fluorescent lights and air conditioning are the worst for me. I can't tolerate either. I understand that's normal with lupus for some people.

Fluorescent lights mimic the effects of the sun they emit the same UV as the sun and they will cause flares and migraines

I work in an office 40 hours per week. There's fluorescent lights everywhere and I am pretty sure my Malar rash is worse at work! Also the head aches and the dry eyes.......
