I am extremely fatigued. I have a to do list and set it by priority and do at least the first 3 things on the list unless I am really down and out and need to just rest for the day. Recently I have joined our Senior Center and I do strength training class which is done sitting on a chair which I love. I also do the bike and I read while I am on it. They also have walking to the Hits DVD program which I like. I do what I can. I do it 3 times a week as long as I am up to going. I do miss some days due to the fact I am not well enough to go but I do like it when I am up to going. Each person is different and what they are able to do because our bodies vary hour to hour most of the time I find.

Ditto. I get up and get stuff done first thing as my nuvigil kicks in because if I sit down I sleep all day. I have narcolepsy too. Once I sit down I am done. At nigjt I have insomnia. Sometimes I too can't go to sleep at night because I am so tired.

If I'm sitting down especially in the mornings Im very fatigue . I have to keep my body moving around to stay awake. Also once I've been very active for a couple to a few hours I get fatigue from just being exhausted . Of course at night I'm awake as an owl and can't sleep lol
