What is the difference between the Elisa ANA test & the Hep2cell fluorescence?

My doctor ordered the advise testing kit and it came back showing positive on the Hep-2 cell florescence at 1:160 titer Homogeneous pattern which has been pretty consistent for the past 4 years but the Elisa ANA IgG test came back at 15 which would be negative..
