I've been back on Benlysta for 18 months it help with flares I notice when it time for next dose my body feel like it shutting down. I experience fatigue,headaches at first but my dr give me Benadryl and I take prednisone 7 days prior to help with the week of mo coverage if that makes since. I've also had 4 back surgery with nerve damage so I'm never not pain free but Benlysta really helped o also take Cellcept twice a day I couldn't tolerate higher dosage. Plaqunil made me lose 70 pounds but it's back thanks to Sis Prednisone lol

The same here, started Benlysta in January. 3-4 days of feeling crappy too.

I've been on it for a year now and my Dr says I'm doing great it's just going through to the end of it's cycling my body throbs cause it knows that I'm do for the next dose he also it depends on the person

So do you think I will need to take some time to adjust after receiving it. I work still sometimes 8 hr standing. I'm constantly in pain.
